“Awesome breakfast!”

Their breakfast features waffles that you cook yourself in a waffle iron. The waffle is in the shape of Texas.

Check out the grassy knoll and look for the X spot on the street. Be intrigued with the controversy surrounding JFK's assassination.

“Meh, it was a decent place to crash at night.”

The hotel was alright. That staff were available, but not exited to serve you. The desk chair in my room was broken, and a lamp was not even plugged in when I arrived. Maybe I'm spoiled to expect excellence.

“Good value”

Hotel personnel pleasant and helpful. Full breakfast including waffle, eggs and sausage. Easy access from hotel to major highways. Enjoyed 9 night stay.

Fall, temperatures cooler but pleasant.

Getting around

Use GPS. Lots of traffic no matter hour of day. Be aware of yielding vehicles from ramp. Hodge podge.

Must see

Texas Rangers Stadium next to Cowboys stadium. Texas Motor Speedway. Dallas at night.

Shopping

Allen Texas. Upscale and several strip malls. Upscale mall includes Cheese Cake Factory. (Yum)

Nightlife

Billy Bob's for true country flavor. Line dancing lessons and great live music. Inexpensive. Backdoor Comedy Club. Up to ten comedians.
