“Great place to stay in the center of Cusco”

I enjoyed this place, stayed for two nights. Rooms are very clean, I was upgreated to penthouse with a great wiev. Breakfasts are also very tasty.

“Charming place in Cuzco”

I had difficulties in chosing the best hotel for our purposes in Cuzco, but I decided for Rumi Punku after the previous reviews on another channels. I was not dissappointed with this hotel. It is clean, all things run smoothly, you are received with a cup of coca tea when you arrive, the bed is soft, and clean, with incredibly white sheets. The hotel is small, some short five minutes from the Plaza, (you will notice the small up hill though) but you will enjoy the quiet atmosphere, the clean environment, the simple but healthy breakfast, and first of all, to relax here after your walks through Cuzco or after the inca trail. Enjoy.

“Amazing Service”

We were late and missed breakfast one morning and then manager had the chef cook us an omelet and some bread. They let me use a cell phone so I didnt have to pay a fortune for a local call. They were so flexible and accommodating. Great staff. Very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Not to mention the rooms were very nice, especially the showers.

I really liked this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer. Great breakfast and the rooms were really nice with crisp clean sheets. Highly recommend.

“Hotel in Cusco”

Rumu Pinku hotel in Cusco was really good and met all my expectations - except for one! I stayed for two nights and didn't get a hot shower, once the water was warmish, but really for the level of hotel it was very disappointing, especially since the next hotel I stayed in was half the price and had hot water on tap! Rumu Pinku has a great sauna/jacuzzi, but it costs and additional $15 to use, but it does have hot water!

“Excellent starting point for Inca Trail”

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Made sure we had our coca tea to acclimatize ourselves to the altitude. No problem spending time in hotel before and after the 4 day hike. Forgot the camera battery charger before hike but it was returned with the key. Fabulous overall impression. Need to turn up radiator in evening otherwise cold room, once we figured that out there was no problems with heating.

“Great location, easy hotel”

The free hotel pick up was fantastic - a driver was waiting with a sign with our name on it right outside the baggage pick up. Free breakfast was convenient but not particularly special considering the rest of my stay in Peru. Free bag storage and very easy to check back in after being gone for a week to hike to Machu Picchu. Wifi was spotty but they also have a computer lounge and printer available. Would definitely stay here again. Brought part of my tour group back to stay at the hotel after the hike and they were pleased with it as well even though they had been at Monesterio for two nights before the hike.

“Very nice, clean small hotel in Cusco”

The hotel is nice, clean, nothing fancy, but cute; breakfast is really good. It is conveniently located some 7 min walk to Plaza de Armas. The staff is very helpful.
