"Perfectly placed for beach access with a pathway through the garden. Gardens are gorgeous and well tended and the view from the bar is superb. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, well decorated and clean. Staff were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A truly relaxing and enjoyable weekend - highly recommended."

Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. "This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Scotland. The location is great and we had a totally comfy stay. This is a family run hotel and you can tell. Iain was a great host and he made sure we felt welcomed. He even set us up with a "do it yourself" breakfast on a day we had to leave early for a tour. The room was quiet and comfortable. It's definitely not ultra-modern... and that's one of the things I loved about it. And you can walk anywhere in town from the hotel in just a few minutes....
