"We had a lovely week in this clean and spacious apartment in Mortehoe. All communication with Katie the host was prompt, friendly and professional with check in and check out arrangements clear and simple. Plenty of towels, toilet roll, hand soaps etc. provided, welcome snacks and bottle a nice touch and dog towels also available. The apartment could benefit from the addition of coat hooks in the hallway, however this is a very small point as there is plenty of room in the wardrobes. We would...

"Second stay in this lovely apartment. Nice things awaited us .i.e.chocolates wine tea and coffe. The whole experience of the apartment was a true joy. If I stayed again I’d not mind if I stayed in the whole time! Never slept better either. Everything was so immaculate. I don’t think a ny detail was left out. Feel refreshed. An absolute joy. Never stayed in such a n amazing place. Couldn’t fault a thing. Really!"

"Perfect location to spend time with family. Everything we needed. Spent 2 days with family before going on to London. Loved exploring the town. Only wish parking was easier, but not anyone’s fault. "The property is great for a couple. Home from home, with everything you need. The bed especially is very comfy. The garden sells this property with its amazing views stunning on a summers day. A little akward to find at first, however once sourced its a great find. Parking on the main road no car access but less than a minute walk so really not a problem. "So clean and fresh. Lovely backing out onto the fields. With the hedge cut there are some amazing views over the valley. We didiss tea towels and an oven tray. But overall it was very good. WiFi from May. And even though we couldn't use the pool because of Covid. Ilfracombe has Soooo much to offer. Fabulous Taka trail. Walk to Lee. The Beach Tunnels and beach is a great experience. Well worth the stay. Ah and Tesco's is just up the hill. 10 min walk."

"Great property to be in the centre of Ilfracombe. Beautiful view of the coastline. We stayed as a family for half term and used the apartment as a base for days out. Perfect location for Ilfracombe itself, which is lovely, a sweet little town and harbour. We were close to lots of beautiful sandy beaches too, including Putsbotough and Woolcombe bay, which were perfect for our children. The apartment had everything we needed."

"A fantastic last minute weekend getaway! So many activities for everyone. The grounds are stunning, the staff super friendly and the hot tup at the property was a major plus! Only criticism was the breakfast was a little chaotic (perhaps we arrived at the wrong time) but we were made to wait a while for a table and the selection of cereals / Savory / milk was very sparse ! The dinner was good, but my wife did receive marmite butter when we clearly stated she was coeliac! We will be back with...
