“Really a dreadful experience”
-- Initially put into wrong rooms - horrible, tiny singles instead of the doubles we had paid for -- Then made to stay in these rooms for TWO nights as the hotel was fully booked -- Staff were not helpful and quite shady about why we could not have the rooms we paid for, eventually agreeing to move us after A LOT of debate -- Hotel restaurants are AWFUL - had the worst meals I have ever had in a hotel here -- Hotel lacks amenities: No wi-fi, no room service, no fridge/minibars, no iron. -- Not a very modern hotel, staff none too friendly, I haven't stayed in many places as bad as this
“In need of renovation”
The bathrooms at this hotel are so old. You can wakeup the building with one flush of the toilet. Everything is so old in need of immediate renovation and fyi the hotel does not have minibars they were removed ions ago from every room. They do not have an icemaker in the building so if you buy anything to drink there is no place to keep it cold. The front desk could care less but the cleaning staff is friendly and will go out of there way for you. The room was always spotless. This is a 2 star hotel period.
“Dissappointed”
The hotel has an excellant location, albeit a good 20 minutes from the Sitges main centre itself. The rooms are terrible. Very old fashioned with all the amenities to tick the boxes, but not what you would expect for what we paid per night. They are clean, but about 30 years old. Fortunately we were only there for 4 nights and enjoyed the gorgeous beaches during that time, but it wasn't as if we felt we could relax in our rooms. We also never had a mini-bar which i'm sure a 4* hotel should offer.
“Chercher un autre hotel”
hôtel qui est resté figé dans les années 70, les chambres sont vétustes mal insonorisés, la décoration est abominable, un bon point la vue sur la mer si vous avez la chance d’être du bon coté de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuné reste correct. dans l'ensemble je vous déconseille cet hôtel qui est soit disant 4 étoiles, rapport qualité prix (fort cher pour la prestation).
“Wechselhaftes Hotel”
Das Hotel liegt am Aussenrand von Sitges, was etwas mehr Ruhe ermöglicht. Insgesamt angenehmes Ambiente des Hotels. Hotel hat ältren spanischen Standard. Der Zimmer- und Hotelstandard ist nach deutscher Erwartung eher 2-3 Sterne. Bad ohne spezielle Lüftung ins Zimmer, kleiner alter Fernseher hat 3 Programme, davon 2 deutsche etc. SChränke müffig. Ein dünnes Bettlaken, sonst nichts. Sauberkeit m.E. okay.

probleme de lumire dans salle de bain personnel sympa hotel un peu vieux belle hall de reception et belle vue dur la mer
