This exclusive apartment is located in an elegant modernist building from the beginning of the 20th century, located in the heart of Sitges on the charming and peaceful Carrer Sant Bartomeu. With 124m² built and 110m² usable space, this home offers a very spacious and bright space, perfect for enjoying Mediterranean life. There is nothing like it in all of Sitges with these levels of detail, luxury and finishes! The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them doubles and one single, with capacity to comfortably accommodate up to five people. It has two very large bathrooms, one of them en suite, and both equipped with modern showers. The living/dining/kitchen area is a luxurious space, ideal for relaxing and the ceilings of more than three meters high add a touch of grandeur and spaciousness to each room. Another gem of this property is its large furnished outdoor terrace, facing east, perfect for enjoying the morning sun with direct access from all rooms to the back of the building which enjoys more open and quiet spaces. An ideal area to get outdoors and relax! The apartment is delivered fully furnished and equipped (just like the photos) for seasonal stays, including central air conditioning with hot and cold for maximum comfort throughout the year. The appliances are state-of-the-art including washer/dryer (combi), dishwasher, kitchenware and bed linen! The building has an elevator for easy access to all floors. As it is a 'seasonal' property, prices vary depending on the season and extra costs apply such as departure cleaning, monthly cleaning, pets, electricity, water and gas.
