“We could live in Salou”

This was an ideal base for us to visit the area. Becausee we had a car we were very mobile and just a few minutes away from the town centre. The local area was very clean & tidy and appeared to be a very safe neighbourhood, the local cafes and bars were very welcoming and managed to work their way through our language difficulties. Overall Salou was a very enjoyable experience

“Not a fantastic location”

This hotel was OK, BUT - be aware that the gym consists of 1 bike and spa treatments e.g. massages are NOT available on weekdays! No in-room movies. Considering this even the tempting price didn't make it worth it! Other than for PortAventura (which is NOT within walking distance if you have children or are in anyway less than superfit) there is no sensible reason for a tourist to stay at this poorly located hotel - perhaps the dividing door between yiou and the kids could be important enough? Parking is an extra 10 E per night - street parking is not an option as too many apartments frequent the locality + security felt 'iffy'. There is a pretty good UK/SA bar next door that serves moderately decent pizzas.

“Excellent airport stop over”

Fantastic hotel if you have an early/late flight from Reus airport as less than 20mins away by car. Hotel was clean and smart. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from - hot and cold, cereals, cakes, juice, hot drinks etc. Room clean and huge. Bathroom lovely. Pool was closed as in off season but indoor sauna and jacuzzi was great. Only issue was around the bottle of cava "included" in the offer which did nto exist. Hotel blamed expedia for a translation error - some customers get a glass of warm/day old cava when they arrive.

“Doorreis hotel”

Het hotel was lastig te vinden op het hotel stond de naam city hotel en wij zochten naar het aparthotel Atenea maar we hebben het gevonden we konden tegen betaling van 10 euro de auto parkeren in de garage onder het hotel buiten is geen plaats te vinden dus een must maar prima de hotelkamer had alle comfort alleen de vloebedekking was niet fris veel vlekken verder is er een spa en een zwembad het ontbijt was prima een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

“Bon hôtel”

Hôtel facile à trouver puisque situé sur l'avenue principale de Vila-Seca, juste à coté d'un arrêt de bus. Réceptionnistes parlant couramment français, une bonne chose quand on ne parle pas espagnol. Chambre très propre, et grande, avec une salle de bain spacieuse -baignoire comprise-, literie confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, le lit refait et les serviettes changées. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine par contre. Par contre, le système de ventilation est assez bruyant, moi qui ait le sommeil léger j'ai du opter pour des boules quiès. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet, donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose de fameux, et nous n'avons pas pu manger au restaurant de l’hôtel parce que soit disant, c'était complet, alors qu'il n'y avait personne et que le restaurant fermait 1h plus tard : nous n'avons pas trop apprécié. Mais l'hôtel est proche de plusieurs restaurants très bons, et pour certains, peu chers. Il y a peu de commerces à proximité, mais Salou n'est situé qu'à quelques minutes en bus alors ce n'est pas indispensable. Et si vous y allez pour Port Aventura, le parc n'est pas accessible en bus, mais on peut y aller en marchant une bonne demi-heure. En résumé, un bon hôtel.

Rien à signaler, hôtel en très bon état, personnel accueillant et de nombreuses places de parking disponibles à proximité et gratuites.

5mn de port aventura, bien équipé, appart spacieux
