"when I first got to the property, they told me my reservation had been cancelled. I was very upset. I was told to "hold on, while I ask my manager what to do" so the "manager" came over and told her to "rei-instate" the reservation. I was charged MORE for something that was not my fault. I tried to explain that that is not the price that I booked online. she didn't have anything to say about it. I also was not aware that I had to pay almost $20 A DAY for parking! That is NOT ON THE WEBSITE, and it needs to be. I was a little upset about that. I had come a LONG way to enjoy my vacation. which needleless to say I was very disappointed. I wanted a WATER VIEW room. I did get one HOWEVER it was NOT the room view I originally requested. Then when we get to the room there was STAINS all over the floor. Told the front desk and said that they would "take care of it" and it was NEVER TAKEN CARE OF!! So, we stayed on dirty stained floors for 3 DAYS!! Needless to say, I was VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in my stay! So how are you going to compensate?"
