"Fantastic value for money although it was fairly noisy after 8:30 am with kitchen staff preparing breakfast our rooms were number one and two so quite poorly placed in my opinion. Plenty of empty rooms where they could’ve located us somewhere much quieter. The property know this but failed to communicate it to allow travellers to make a decision as to whether they still want to stay. I saw on a review site that it might be empty so I asked the company directly, they did not reply until it was too late for us to cancel for free. "I love staying with the Mar-Bella Collection. The staff are always so nice and helpful and the property is in such great condition. We’ve stayed in the Bungalow pool rooms for the last few years and absolutely love it (though the room pools aren’t heated). The food is also really nice and great choices for kids and fussy eaters."
