"We were 3 adults and a dog and we fit perfectly in this cute flat. The location was perfect, an easy walk into downtown Hebden Bridge, and parking was great. Close to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill, which are lovely hikes too. Excellent hosts too!"

"I cannot fault this property at all! We stayed here around 5 years ago and couldn’t wait to return (unfortunately COVID prevented it being sooner)! The property is lovely, clean and cosy. Great location and only around 30 seconds walk from the village. Parking is a bonus. Highly recommended."

"The apartment itself was very nice. Spacious in all areas. As for the cleanliness it certainly didnt looked to have been cleaned. The tv unit thick with dust, carpet not vacuumed, bath surround showing grimy residue. No brush/hoover for us to do this ourselves, and needing to purchase other cleaning products. "Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree on arrival. Excellent facilities, WiFi, washing machine and super cooking area. The breakfast across the street included was super fresh fruit, full English, full menu available included. We've booked again for December this year. "We booked for a base as an Easter getaway with walks from the doorstep. It was Perfect, the property has allocated packing right outside the front door, it was clean, everything we needed was there! A lovely garden area to sit and relax in the sunshine with a glass of wine after a long walk in the dales! The property was in a quiet courtyard/lane just a few steps away from the main Grassington Square! Would definitely return."
