“You get what you pay for”

this hotel is in a very seedy section of northern Columbus and the bar attached to it is very ghetto. If you're after a cheap stay (as I was) then it's fine. But for repeat stays - I'd go north a bit to Polaris.

“what i payed for”

First room we had was dirty, someone's dirty socks were still on the floor and the room was missing the table and couch we were supposed to have. They moved us to a new room which was a little better, had a table and a couch but the couch was covered in stains. Bed was uncomfortable, not a queen but two twin mattresses so the middle of the bed was really uncomfortable. We had really loud neighbors, people running down the halls, etc. When I went to check out, no one was at the desk so I left the keys there and called back later to make sure they would check me out.

“Will not return.”

When I first entered the hotel I could not help but notice the odor. It did not smell clean. It had an odor that made you not want to touch anything. After getting past the odor I went to check in. Let's just say that customer service is not part of the staff vocabulary or training. While walking to the hotel room I noticed that it was VERY COLD. Now I understand that it was February but come on people, can't you heat the building to at least 50 degrees? The only good thing was that when I finally got to the room the room was not too bad. We had a bed and a clean shower so I was relieved. One final complaint. The walls were paper thin and you could hear absolutely everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, if you know what I mean.

“Not impressed”

The rooms smelled like smoke. There were waterbugs in the hallway. The mimiature golf that show is not free. The pool was not cleaned aout , it was hot and memeorial day weekend. The housekeeping did not want to give extra towels. I would not go back there.

“Disappointed.”

Outside area appeared run down; first impression was that it was deserted! Sparsely furnished lobby needs refurbished. Room was adequate. Bathroom needed thorough cleaning and countertop needed repaired. (It appeared about to fall.) Continental breakfast consisted of coffee and mini muffin.

“This place needs to be reconditioned”

This hotel is run down and needs a lot of work. The rugs need to be replaced or at least cleaned. The hallways were not cleaned. There is a very noisy club across the parking lot. The patron noise woke me at 5AM when it closed and the crowd stormed out. I'm not going back.

“Not impressed”

Hotel was pretty run down, when I arrived at 8pm my room still was not ready and I had to wait. Not reccommended for families with children, due to the bar/night club attatched to the front lobby.
