It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. As clean as any five star hotel I have ever stayed in. We found the bed very comfortable and lots of pillows to pick from. So many restaurants, shops, and local culture were all within easy walking distance. The space was clean, easy to access, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It was quick access to several venues, shops, and places to eat. It was great having Goodale Park right in the front yard. We will stay there again next time we're in Columbus. We had some questions, response was immediate.
