I really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was AMAZING and it was right where we wanted to be. Would stay here again and recommend. Only flaw was we didn't have hot water.. we overlooked though with everything else that wowed us.

This was ok. Our room wasn’t the greatest, first night the AC was off and the couch smelled really foul. We ate the included the breakfast first day but it wasn’t the greatest so we skipped it the following day. Ideal location bc it’s close to everything. Front desk was nice and fast. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

Even though this obviously an older Embassy suites, they have done well with up keep. The hospitality hour was expecially nice with an actual bar area instead of out in the middle of the lobby.

I booked 2 rooms, one was a Mountain View suite. I knew the Mountain View suite was slightly larger. I purposely booked it for me, my wife and my son because it was a little bigger room. At check-in I had forgotten it was called “Mountain View” I just told her I had booked 2 rooms a King suite and a standard King. She said all my rooms are suites. I mistakenly put my parents in the bigger room. Turns out the roof was leaking horribly in the Mountain View suite and the carpet was soaked. They also realized about 1:00-2:00am that the heat didn’t work. The temp was 53° inside the room. The next morning the staff moved my parents to a different room. The hotel is old and need serious renovations. The roof was leaking all over the hotel, paint peeling off the walls. The staff was nice and friendly, but it wasn’t a great experience for us.

The outside seemed a bit dated. But the inside was very nice and clean. Great staff. The bar and 14ers restaurant were both really nice!

The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel staff were excellent. Our check-in process was seamless and the clerk was friendly and quite efficient.

This was a great place for a staycation. The lobby area was full with cozy sitting areas and water features. The bistro lights and water fall made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Also, fantastic omelette bar/breakfast and nightly reception. We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff is amazing. Housekeeping found my iPhone cord and computer cord and turned it into front desk. I was so happy. Unfortunately, the sink again takes awhile to drain. Other than that, and the stained carpet, amazing staff

We had a great stay! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the hotel was clean and great. Breakfast was an amazing and the pool and hot tub were great. Also beautiful views.
