I arrived quite late in the night because my flight was delayed. Even though it was 2:00 AM the staff member easily found my room, gave me very good directions on how to get there and pleasantly wished me a good evening. The pool area was clean and towels were always available, Pedicure was great, steam room was not functional, but Jacuzzi was clean and very nice and hot. All areas of the hotel were kept clean without trash, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. ****

This is a very pet friendly hotel. I travel with my rotti mix, Dixie, and we both highly recommend the Antlers Hilton. Very friendly staff. Great central location, and navigating the streets is fairly easy. Access to I-25 is close, and there is so much to see and do just within 15 min of the hotel. There is a nice grass area in the front courtyard of the hotel, and a very nice park directly behind the hotel. But word of advice when walking to it, you want to walk around on the sidewalk and go left from hotel. The incline is steep, and if you haven't adjusted to altitude yet will flat tire you out. They serve breakfast in the hotel restaurant off the lobby, and then can get a great steak, and warm pecan cookie, with ice cream. There are computers in lobby to use and print from if needed, and there is a fitness club if that's your thing. But perhaps the best feature of this hotel is the view you have from the hot tub and pool. There is a fantastic view of Pikes Peak and surrounding mountains. There are two view choices from rooms, mountain or city. The central location of hotel provides a great view of the happenings in town. You are within a couple blocks of various shops and places to eat. And I'll just throw in very comfy beds.

The staff, from valet to front desk, were exceptional in every manner. The room, though a tad small, was elegant, clean and comfortable. The location was in the heart of the downtown area and within short walking distance of the busy Tejon nightlife district. I'll gladly return.

What a beautiful view from our balcony, we were in building 4, rooms are spacious (2 tv set and fireplace included) , clean and you have everything that you need it. We found the lockers for ski equipment and stored everything away. Did not use indoor pool and outdoor steaming hot tubs but they look wonderful. Resort food prices are expensive but you can use free shuttle and go to City Market for grocery shopping (not expensive and they have a lot of already prepared food ). If you like to be comfy and stay in luxury this is resort for you. We will be back for sure.

We stayed in a 1 room condo at the lodge, which included a large bedroom, kitchen, huge bathroom, living area with pull out couch, gas fireplace and wrap-around balcony. The available space was about double that of normal rooms. A free shuttle service was available to take us anywhere in town or to the ski lifts, and they usually arrived within a few minutes of being called. The only concern, which was also expressed by other guests, was that the condo uses baseboard heat and does not have air conditioning. Even with the thermostat set as low as it would go, the condo was around 74 degrees F.. The only way to cool the condo down at night was to open the balcony door or a window. We would consider staying there again. There is an underground parking garage, however it is dark and many spaces are narrow, so parking large SUVtype vehicles can be tricky (or having someone else park theirs next to your vehicle). Surface parking outside was also available nearby.
