“Relaxing family trip”

We stayed two nights (2 adults, 2 teenage boys) and had a great time. The boys enjoyed the pool tables, swimming pool and computer facilities. Free breakfast was AWESOME! I would go there anytime I am visiting Cleveland. We went into downtown for museums and a basketball game and it was a very convenient quick drive.

“Watched Movie”

Hotel was great but be aware of TV and movies. Had problem with my tv and changed chanel manually. (TV opperations not correct when turned on and it should have gone to a menu screen! It did not!!) Went directly to X-Rated. Not good at all as 11 yr and 4 yr old in room. Tech worked on for 2 hrs, and had to move next day. Hotel offered free nite, then rescinded with free meal. (I still had to pay for desert.) Here it is: Will have talk with son at some point but didn't want to that night! Daughter 4 didn't know what to think as I chased son out of room and she stood there watching tv. (I didn't realize she was in room). This was my 50th Birthday. Guess it will be memorable!!!???!!! After said and done, would rather have had free nite as problems with TV. Free dinner but pay for desert????? Whatever!

“Spacious accomodations”

Lovely place to stay, but they do not have anyone available to assist with luggage. This was not a problem for us, but it was an observed struggle for an older couple. The food from room service was very good and the breakfast buffet was a added bonus.

We certainly will be staying there again. You have heard the expression, you only get what you pay for. Wrong---This Hotel is way above the rest, for the value received-- ''Outstanding''

“Great Place in All Ways”

This hotel was a great place to stay in all ways - location (convenient and central to everything in Cleveland), the room was wonderful, the staff was helpful, and the amenities were top notch. This is the place to stay in the Cleveland area!

“Perfect for a family”

This hotel was the best! The room was the perfect size for our family, I especially liked having a seperate livingroom~perfect for the teenage boys. The breakfast buffet in the morning was huge~again perfect for those teenage boys' appitites!! Also when I checked in I asked if there was a pizza place that delivered, not only did she give me a menu for them, she told me they were the best. They delivered the pizza fast and it was extremely hot when it got there and very good.

I had a great room and had great service. My room service was really quick and the food was simply "outstanding." I would come again in a heartbeat!!
