The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device called MINUT, which alerts us if noise levels exceed the set limit. Tampering with or disabling this device will result in a $200 fine and immediate removal from the property.
◆ Self-check-in is available using the electronic keypad at the front door.
◆ Access codes will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
◆ Guests can access their individual units and a shared laundry room within the building.

👣 The unit is situated on the second floor. Guests must climb stairs, as there are 2 sets of stairs with 5-6 stairs each leading to the apartment, equipped with handrails for safety.
👣 Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.

There are 4-5 steps down to the unit, which is considered a \`garden apartment\` as it is partially below the main/street level of the building. Additionally, to exit the building, there are two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails. The coin-operated laundry room is located on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you\`re traveling with pets.
Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.
⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you\`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.
◆ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.
