“First on your list in St Charles”

The walls are a bit thin at this location. The room next door returned from the bar at 4am and I was able to follow the conversation with a pillow on my head. To the hotels credit, I called the front desk and they did call the my neighbor and ask them to move to a conference room if they wanted to continue with the loud discussions. Happily they did! The pool was warm buy may had to many chemicals. I rated the hotel with all 5's so please note, my stay was just fine! Will I stay here again; Absolutely.

“Convenient and pleasant location in St. Charles”

The staff in the Hampton Inn St. Charles was very courteous and helpful throughout my one week stay. They were all accommodating and interested in how each day was going for me. The Hampton Inn guest room is probably the most comfortable room I've been in, away from home. The bed felt amazing, the small refrigerator was perfect, and the desk and free Wi-Fi came in handy. The whole homey feel in the room made a huge impression on me. The distance to downtown St. Charles is only two miles west from the hotel, and there are multiple local and familiar restaurants within the vicinity of the hotel, including a super market and shopping center. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and I would spend my nights here if I return to visit St. Charles. It was truly the staff, from the beginning, who made me feel welcomed, and the bed and refrigerator in the room that convinced me I was like at home. Thank you, Hampton Inn Chicago St. Charles.

“Typical Hampton Inn”

Very nice hotel; standard Hampton Inn product. Great service, very clean and modern. Great breakfast and a very good rate. Perfect for the business traveller! Neighborhood is pretty much dead after 5:00 pm and on weekends, so plan ahead for dinner....

“Above and Beyond”

We are never disappointed in our stays at the Hampton Inns. This time somehow we had overbooked (2 rooms) by mistake. The manager of the Inn was very gracious and helpful in giving us all the information we would need when we contacted Expedia to correct the error, including talking with the folks at Expedia to remedy the situation. Very impressive!

“Big, Clean Suite”

The room was as advertised. We stayed in a huge double queen suite w/ sofa pull out. I would recommend this room to a family of 5 or a group of 4 adults..trust me, there is plenty of room.
