"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"Clean, great location. The place is about a 10 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to the Prodains gondola, but the accommodation itself is amazing. "Joseph and Bernadette were a joy to deal with, very helpful and Joseph’s English was better than my French. The apartment is really good and has all you need for a comfortable ski or summer trip - you will need to be fit to walk up from Morzine town - it’s only 15 mins but it’s steep - however the Mas Metouts bus every 30mins from Office De Tourisme drops you within 200 meters of the chalet. I would definitely use again. A Bientot!"
