"Hotel is a bit old and tired in places but is due to undergo modernisation. Ideal location and parking was a godsend even at 13 euro a night. Real shame that the spa was such an expensive extra charge - 29 euro for a swim and sauna for an hour was too much."

"We had booked two rooms and surprised to find we weren't in the main hotel but an apartment opposite. The rooms were lovely and it was great to have the place to ourselves. We had two apartments, each two bedrooms. Each apartment was well equipped and had very comfy beds, pillow and simply the most amazingly soft towels! There was a kitchenette, and the fridge had bottled water in it. It was a little noisy at night but it was the murmur of voices rather than music and it didn’t stop us from...

"Tiny room but very central with comfy bed. Smallest shower room in the world but hey, it worked fine and for the price l ain’t complaining. If you’re driving though, beware as you are just inside the clean air zone."

"The hotel was spotless and the surrounding area was kept very nicely. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our room was exactly as pictured and the bed was very comfortable so we had a very good nights sleep. I was a little surprised to find that the hotel was on a retail park as it did not seem that from the photos but the double glazing is so good that it was very quiet in the room. Parking was ample and the hotel grounds are surrounded by a fence so it is reasonably...

"The service staff were very nice and helpful with everything. I was a little dismayed to find out no one is there after 11pm. My room was comfortable, bed, etc, bathroom, windows and parking on site. it is well situated for walking, you can walk for miles and find anything you need. I would stay here again. "
