"This was my favorite 24 hours out of a 2 week trip to Europe! The Chateau is straight out of a fairy tale. We were greeted by two lovely women who brought us champagne and snacks while getting our room ready. We spent a couple hours in the spa enjoying the sauna, steam room, hot tub, and specialty teas. "The hotel was perfect for our pitstop on our way back to UK from Italy. The reception was open 24 hrs, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and showers were also large. The reason for giving 4 stars is that the 2 rooms were not equipped with towels or glasses for a total of 5 of us. This meant we had to go down to reception, which is fine and they had no problem giving them to us, but if it is about saving money and the environment then I do not understand why they do not ask...

"We stayed for 1 night travelling back north. Great location, there was no noise despite its proximity to the airport. It's very dog friendly , welcoming hotel and the staff were super friendly. Bed was a tad hard for me hence the 4 stars but we would definitely stay again"
