Close to EVERYTHING. From Chinatown to shopping district to the Big Red Bus stop, to the market. I mean it. This hotel has the perfect location!

Lovely, smaller, boutique feeling hotel. Across the street from the Convention Center. Easy walk to City Center, Reading Market. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Carol at the front desk very professional and courteous. Rooms were very nice. Nice large bathroom. Bed very comfortable. No microwave in the room unfortunately. No dresser with drawers for clothes and I did not care for the minuscule end table. Other than that a lovely stay and we will be back.

The staff allowed us an early checkin explaining we would have to be in a lower floor which was fine. When we got to the room however we realized the room had a very small window and was claustrophobic. I called down and they explained that all rooms were booked. Our reservation was made weeks in advance. They then explained that the nicer king rooms were reserved for Marriott members and we could not switch. The room isn’t as advertised and we won’t be staying here again.

Friendly and helpfull. I went to Philadelphia so many times. Never reciew hotel. Because I think all hotel do everything almost same thing. But this hotel is not. Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center I went there on Jan 28-29 2024. This hotel is easy to find and easy to go there. Close to Reading Market. Close to Chinatown. I have so many question about transportation (i went there with parent. They can not walk too much) and i want to find something special. The lady at frontdesk (sorry i forget her name) give me helpfull. She try to help me to the best of her ability and Recommend various essentials. Thank you for taking care of us. Restaurant and Bar in hotel Drink so good. (I'm not order food that why i can tell you about taste) If i have time i will be there again for sure.

Best hotel in center city
My stay there was beautiful me and my husband loved it the staff there were friendly and it was clean we loved it and enjoyed our stay i recommend this hotel when coming to Philadelphia center city four points by Sheraton you’ll love it I give it a 10 out of 10

I would like to thank Carol she was very professional and very pleasant. Shopping and stores were very close and the hotel was very clean. Please keep it that way and I will continue to stay and recommend others to as well. Along with the excellent customer service.

Decent property altogether and kind staff, But definitely overpriced. The area around it was convenient - however very noisy at times. I was woken up at 5 am by someone yelling. For 300 a night i would expect a much better experience.

I was stuck outside at 6am having arrived early. I was checked in within 5 mins. The agent stopped making coffee to set up to take care of me. Beyond grateful
