Stayed here because of the proximity to where I needed to be for business. I generally don't complain but the place definitely needs updating. Check in and out the staff were nice enough, but the air conditioning seemed to be out on the 3rd floor corridor and the in room unit had to run at max and it didn't get that cool. Rooms are in need of updating as well, towel holders in the bathroom are loose from the wall etc. The included breakfast for me was a no go. I came down at 7am and noticed there was nothing available but a couple of bagels, and some microwaveable sausage biscuits. there was some cereal but no milk, I decided to just get a glass of orange juice, but it appeared to be watered down, so much so I didn't drink it, so I skipped everything all together. On the plus side for me was the water pressure was nice.

Smoke detectors in the room had no batteries. Room cleanliness can improve. Window sill was dirty. Window transparent curtains were somewhat soiled. Bed sheets were not an issue at all, bed was good and pillows were of excellent quality. Breakfast had no eggs and available items were not enticing.

Comfortable beds, hot shower, great A/C & convenient for our travel destinations The towels looked filthy (they were clean), we had to purchase our own at Dollar General. toilet paper sitting on empty roll, not on holder itself. Tub very slippery, we purchased tub mat & also rug to step on. small towel holder kept falling off wall (no screw). elevator inspection past due It was just a place to shower & sleep so we were satisfied

Good enough for the night

On the way home from a spring break trip. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. This hotel was the lowest price. I think I would describe it as a nice hotel that is right on the cusp of needing refurbishment. Things were overall in good condition but showing wear. Beds were just firm enough for me. I find most hotel beds too soft, but these were fine for a night of sleep. The bathroom was enormous compared to other places I have stayed in the last year or so. Plenty of counter space and a nice big tub and shower. We just stayed one night, we didn't use any of the amenities of the hotel. I can't speak to the pool or the quality of the breakfast. It's a good enough hotel if you're looking to just sleep the night and get back on the road in the morning.

Our stay here was disappointing. This hotel clearly maintains a clientele of mainly truckers/construction workers, which is not an issue but the hotel does not service the rooms appropriately after rooms encounter the types of dirt/grease/debris that follows this type of hard labor. Not only was our room/bathroom far from meeting cleanliness standards, the entire hotel (elevator included) was dirty and not well maintained. There were a total of 3 light bulbs burned out in the dimly lit room. We ended up purchasing cleaning supplies to wipe hard surfaces and clean the bathroom prior to allowing our children to use it. The one positive remark I feel obligated to make is that the female and male who worked the check in desk on 10/12 provided phenomenal customer service and met any need we voiced with positive attitudes.

I chose this hotel through Expedia because it appeared to be a clean, affordable place for my family to stay while traveling to my husband’s grandfather’s funeral. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. After driving 10 hours, we arrived to a room that was filthy. There was a strong urine odor, visible mildew and mold, bugs, and a toilet that had crystallized urine running down the sides and covering the toilet seat lid. The room clearly had not been properly cleaned. The room also had what appeared to be a serious safety issue. The smoke detector itself was missing from the ceiling, leaving only the mounting plate with the wiring connector visible. This immediately raised concerns about my family’s safety. Things became even more disturbing after we returned to our room later. The toilet contained human waste that had not been flushed, and there were clothing items in the room that did not belong to anyone in my family. We reported our concerns immediately and asked for a refund so we could take our family somewhere clean and safe. We were told the owner refused to authorize any refund. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The pool was unavailable, and the advertised breakfast was not a hot breakfast but only prepackaged items that we chose not to eat. I also booked this reservation through Expedia using the “Pay at Property” option. However, my credit card was charged before I arrived, even though my reservation clearly
