“Cant wait to go back”

We had had a really tough experience traveling to the hotel and when we got there the staff easily worked through a booking problem made thus making a horrible trip delightful in at least one part of our trip since we still had rather difficult hurdles yet to deal with

“Great stay.”

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It was very new when we stayed there, so we had a hard time finding it even with a GPS. We had to request additional towels for the room since the trend in hotels seems to be to provide towels for only three people. The toilet became stopped up, but it was quickly fixed.

“don't forget to ask for the "GPS Address"”

the only complaints i have about this brand new hotel are before i made my reservation on line i called the hotel to inform them i was making a reservation and had a few questions, first was if every room had a bathtub which i was assured they did and when we checked in we only had a shower and secondly the address posted on both your website and theirs is not their physical address, after my gps took me 15 miles away from the hotel but to a real physical address i called and the front desk gave me their "GPS Address" which got me there but shouldn't i have been told that from the begining. there is nothing worse than thinking you have every detail covered and then waist an hour for an avoidable situation.
