"The house is nicer even than the photos indicate. Every detail considered, bohemian and charming. Good views of Capiloveri from two different decks and a lovely private courtyard with fountain. Ingrid gave us a generous tour of her studio and relayed the interesting history of the place. There is a quiet trail directly across from the property that leads down to the water - we had young kids and so didn't make it all the way."

"Siamo stati accolti da Fabio e Fiorella in questo bell’angoletto di campagna elbana. Avevamo al seguito le nostre due cagnoline e i proprietari sono stati davvero gentili offrendosi anche di sorvegliarle quando le lasciavamo in casa. "Isola d’Elba davvero bellissima, non ci eravamo mai stati ed ha superato le nostre aspettative. Appartamento molto carino in un contesto nel verde perfetto avendo anche una cane che ha potuto stare libero nel parco. "L'appartamento è stato pulito e conforme alla descrizione. Ben arredato e con tanti confort. La terrazza è fantastica e spaziosa. La posizione è comoda per arrivare un po' dappertutto. Noi abbiamo girato molto e abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo delle bellissime spiagge anche sulla costa est e nord. La spiaggia sotto casa di lido di Capoliveri è a cinque minuti a piedi, velocissimo."

Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. "Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....
