La Trappolina
The "Trappolina" is a holiday home south of Capoliveri with a fantastic view over the sea, the Gulf of Stella and the headland of Lacona. The south-west exposure allows unforgettable sunsets! It is quietly situated on a slope in the midst of vineyards. You can reach 3 different beaches and Capoliveri on foot in about 20 minutes. In high summer there is a Navetta, a small bus that takes you to the beaches or to Capoliveri all day and into the night, if you don't feel like walking or using the car.
Large, partly covered terraces on three sides, outdoor shower (hot and cold), garden barbecue, parking space, WLAN, fly screens. Living area approx. 80 sqm, large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (each with 2 beds, possibly a large bed for a third child can be added), cot, bathroom.
Our friends have raised the roof of the house and added extensions at the back and sides. This flat is now also rented out, so it is well suited for arriving with friends or more people, the upper flat is for 3-4 people + max. one baby.
However, the terraces and outdoor shower of Trappolina 1 are protected from view, among other things by orange and lemon trees. The terrace of the upper flat is also not visible from the outside. The house is also suitable for the winter months and has (readable) central heating.

The island and especially the area around Capoliveri is also popular with mountain bikers and cyclists, even in the early season.
Hiking: When Monte Capanne (the highest mountain on the island) is visible in the morning and not covered in clouds, it is an absolute must to climb it, hike it or, if necessary, take the chairlift! There are also wonderful walks around Monte Calamita near Capoliveri, most of them with a direct view of the sea!
Going to the Trappolina on Elba once a year is like having soup without salt! We have loved the house for many years and enjoy our stay from the first minute!!! It's quiet, you can go on excursions (you'll get tips from us and our Italian friends), eat well, and the best thing is to stay on the terrace and look out to sea!

Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, man kann sehr gut auch Zeit im Haus verbringen. Die Lage des Hauses für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Ein Traum
Gastgeber in Deutschland, sowie vor Ort sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, super viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Top Lage des Hauses, ein Traum, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, egal ob von der Liege, Lounge oder Esstisch aus. Geniale Außendusche, hat unseren Kids besonders gefallen. Haus innen, alles was man braucht. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!

Bellissima vista!
Ci è piaciuta la posizione riservata della casa, a pochissimi minuti di macchina dal centro di capoliveri e dal mare.
È davvero una bella casa con tre camere da letto comode, ben tenuta e ben servita di tutto il necessario.
La proprietà è stata molto disponibile e ci e’ stata di aiuto.

Haus mit Meerblick und Garten/Terasse
Der Meerblick war großartig. Der Fußweg zum nächsten Badestrand war, bedingt durch die Hanglage und das warme Wetter, für uns eine einmalige Angelegenheit, wir sind ansonsten mit dem Auto zu den Stränden gefahren. (Parkplätze sind rar!)
Abends gab es ein paar Konzerte in Capoliveri, welche bis zum Haus hörbar waren.
Ansonsten war es relativ ruhig und entspannend.
Wir konnten uns dort gut erholen.
Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation mit ihr erfolgte vorwiegend auf italienisch. Wir haben die Athmosphäre dort sehr genossen.

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage
Eine sehr gepflegte, komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Golfo Stella, Grill und Aussendusche. Capoliveri und der Morcone Strand sind in jeweils 20 Min. fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Trappolina
Wir(2Erw.und 3 Kinder) waren im Juli in der FW Trappolina. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Am besten gefiel uns der große Garten, mit der Außendusche, die wir täglich benützten. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die untergehende Sonne hat uns jeden Tag beim Abendessen unter den Olivenbäumen aufs neue fasziniert. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder ins Trappolina kommen. Nur zu empfehlen!
