"Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good."

"We needed a base for a golfing break to Sandwich. The apartment was perfect.It had everything we could want and was immaculate.Two bathrooms, kitchen and nice living room with all mod cons. It is very central for Sandwich which is a beautiful place and you are walking distance for various pubs and restaurants. Can't praise apartment enough and the directions and practicalities were all dealt with by the owner who was very responsive and helpful.5*😁"

I spent a long time looking on various sites before finding this but it was worth the effort! I was sad to leave and hope to return. "We couldn't fly to our annual reunion in Turkey so we decided to visit one couple in East Kent and bring the reunion from Scotland and Northampton to the Arthouse. We had great comms from Sebastian and Adelle from the beginning. Key code given in the morning and found everything as it should have been. The front bedrooms are a wee bit noisy as on the main road but with secondary glazing, a lot cancelled out. We had everything to start our trip off, a few kitchen essentials. Parking is very tight...

"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "
