A few suggestions: more bath towels and perhaps a binder explaining how to use the Roku TV setup, and internet, and mention nearby activities. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. "My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property."

"We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake."
