Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the main and second floors of the home, including both balconies with lake and city views.
Separate Basement Apartment
The lower level is a completely separate 1-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance and private hot tub. It may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Please note that any locked doors inside the home are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.
A Few Things to Know
Because there is a separate apartment below, some normal household noise may be heard between floors. If you’re traveling with young children or planning a very active stay, please keep this in mind.
I’ll always be available through platform or text if you need anything during your stay.

Parking is available on the left side of the driveway.
House Rules
Please read before booking.
No parties, events, or smoking/vaping inside the home.
If you’re looking for a property for late-night gatherings, this home is not a good fit.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
These hours are strictly enforced out of respect for guests staying in the lower apartment. Excessive noise or loud music may result in your reservation being terminated without refund.
Please respect private areas.
The side yard and backyard are reserved for the separate basement apartment. Please do not access these areas.

Please remove shoes while inside the home. Slippers are provided at the front entrance for your comfort

The indoor Jacuzzi tub is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned before every arrival.

We use a professional scent diffuser with essential oils during cleaning and wash linens with lightly scented detergent. Upon request, we can skip using these products before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee a completely scent-free environment.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
● No large dogs.
● Dogs that bark excessively or chew may not be left unattended.
● Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Lawn maintenance occurs once per week. The day and time may vary.
