The hotel is very nice and clean. I had an interior facing room and slept wonderfully. Good AC, quiet, comfy bed, and they even honored the premium upgrade. Only downside is it's a 15-20 minute walk from many of the touristy areas but Uber's are very reasonable.

My stay at this property was terrible. During check-in, Hector at reception began questioning why my passport did not have a stamp of entry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. He was very rude and had no manners. Do not stay here.

The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and outdoor open-air markets. It is next to a decent park. Restaurants surround the area or within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

The entire hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. we did not have a hot water for two days . The breakfast was very tasty but menu is extremely limited. The so call Gym is located at the roof terrace outside and have one elliptical and one treadmill - the treadmill was not working.

Beautiful place. Excellent location you can walk to a shopping center. Restaurants. Pharmacies. Etc. Safe to walk on the park. Plenty of taxis and uber. The hotel staff is the best all around! Highly recommend.

A/C is too weak, the room was mucho calor overnight, unable to sleep! The room is clean, has hot water, but very small. Was told breakfast is until 10 am, restaurant closed at 09. LOL. 5/10

The Hotel Park V offers excellent value for the money. Rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a modern vibe. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff, who were genuinely welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was basic but adequate, and prepared cheerfully. The area around the hotel was light commercial, but a 20-minute walk took you to the tourist-oriented Grenada neighborhood. The only unambiguous negative is that street noise was noticeable beginning at about 7:30am.

Our stay was great, I was thinking about giving 4 stars because of one lady from administration who was not welcoming, but she is on a room next to the lobby and I think she was not to happy to help us on one occasion when the guy in the lobby was not on his desk. I do not think this property deserves to a bad review because of the attitude of a woman who does not work directly with the clients. In general all the workers at this condominium/hotel are amazing. The area is a bit busy with medical clinics around and a few homeless that are not that bad. We had a car so we drove to different places of the city. We loved Cali.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was very spacious. The room was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The check in process was very easy and only took a few minutes. The breakfast is complimentary and it is amazing. I had the typical scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and arepa they offer different ingredients of scrambled egg options to choose from or they make it to your liking. The staff are available 24/7 so if you leave your hotel room key with them and decide to go out you don't have to worry about coming back to the hotel too late. The hotel is gated so it is very safe. Overall it was a great experience, my partner and I will definitely come back again. Thank you Park V!

Newly remodel hotel with beautiful rooms, hallways and reception. The best breakfast in town by Laura & Diana at the roof terraza overlooking the Park & mountains. Excellent front desk service by Roberto, Alejandra and others. Hundreds of TV channels for distraction and good wifi. I will definitely will go back to Park V Cali.

Park V is a very nice stay for the price. This was my first time in Cali and was the second hotel I chose to stay at during my time there. I did not feel as comfortable as I did walking the area as I did the previous hotel. The terrace area is nice and it is very modern looking. There is no restaurant on site but they did help me order some food for delivery. The breakfast in the morning. Is the sweetest lady making eggs and other items fresh for everyone. She was bust when I went to the terrace so I left and went back to my room and she came to my door and took me food order. This place is very secure as you have to be buzzed into the building but as I mentioned I just did not feel I would be comfortable walking this area. Being on a solo trip I chose to trust my gut. I could be totally wrong. But for the price, it would be difficult to find better. There are much better stays but you will pay a lot more. The amenities in the room were bare. No minibar. Not even water. Bare minimum of toiletries. But it’s all to be expected.

Park V Hotel is a small, 6 story hotel fronting a small urban park in Cali, located close to the central business and entertainment districts. The room is spacious and suite style, basically a small apartment. They provide cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. on request. The room was spotlessly clean. They offer a basic breakfast, and the staff is friendly. My main complaint is that though the shower had hot water, it had very low pressure and the water sort of just trickled out. Other faucets had good pressure. The wifi was good enough for me to participate in online video calls.

This is a small cosy Hotel with casual and friendly staff....their check-in process was simple as well as the checkout. My room was clean and housekeeping was done daily. Breakfast is basic with croissants or arepas being the mainstay with eggs...served with a smile from Patricia. There is a gym but with very limited equipment and there is also Turkisk bath on the rooftop. I chose a Park facing suite but there is considerable road noise if the balcony door is kept open...the space was large enough for my intentions. The area is quiet and relatively safe with banks, Western Union, supermarkets, restaurants in close proximity...the more popular locations can be readily accessed via taxis which operate 24-7...and cost can be between 5000-1000 pesos ($1.75-$3.50) I had no problems for hot water or a/c and the cable control had to be used via manual controls in the cable box... The bathroom was adequate for my needs. The room also came with a stove, microwave and a small refrigerator

I missed a flight and had to get a last minute hotel. This hotel was in a cool location. The room was huge, clean and nice . I stayed for only one night but the front staff was great and helpful. They arranged transport for me to the airport the next day !
