"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"The property was well situated as the beach was only 10 mins away. There were plenty of food places and shopping near by. The hotel staff were so attentive and so pleasant. "The hotel was just away from the busy road, & quiet enough. On arrival I found my shower shampoo & gel were empty, this was fixed very quickly. The toilet seat threatened to eject me off. This took way too long to even be looked at. The repair meant the seat wouldn't easily go down past 45°. After 4 days, a new seat assembly was fitted. My laundry was ready by 10.00 1 day, but after 18.00, & a lot of chasing, it was finally delivered !!!. So as a conclusion, my stay was ok, but let down by poor...

"Centrally located in calungute. Easy access to nearby areas Scooty and cars are available right outside the gate from Rs 400-2500 per day depending on the vechle. Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony."
