Amazing staff in a beautiful hotel. Fantastic facilities and really good food. Everything is affordable and the staff will care for any of your needs ! Please do not look any furthur and trust me on this one: it is the place to be!
This hotel is constructed in the local areas of calangute by redevelopement, but i must appreciate the architecture who planned it so neatly, once you enter the hotel premises you are in different world.
Most important is friendly staff, nice facilities inside hotel, very near to main beaches like calangute, Baga & Candolim. 20-25 min away from Panjim on bike. Food was very very good but costly too. Nice tasty breakfast with multiple menu options.
I would love to vistit this place once again in future.

The experience was excellent from check-in to check-out. The front office staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
A great quiet location ideal for lazing around or for an evening walk about. Ideal family resort, with all amenities taken care of.
This was our first hotel in Goa, staying for 3 nights and we thought it was lovely.
There was a small army of staff so the service was excellent and the guys were all really friendly.
The breakfast had a nice mix of Indian and Western choices and the evening meal we had there was up there with some of the best we had in Goa. Now we have other places to compare it to, the prices are quite high for Goa, but the quality is superior so I thought it very good value.
It's also about 15 minutes walk from the beach, so convenient enough but far enough so that the hotel area is quiet and there are loads of nice places to eat in between.

Neelam's is a well established hotel in the heart of Calangute and is definitely worth the three-four star rating. I arrived at 8am after 24 hours of flights and they fixed up a room for me straight away (before normal check-in), as I was in dire need of rest. The photos on Expedia are accurate as to the style and condition of the rooms.
The pool and indoor areas of the hotel are in good condition, however, are probably not used as much as they could. There is a small disco on some nights and entertainment/music in the evening. There is a small bar on the first floor that serves basic food, water and beverages till the morning, which was great after coming home from a bar or club to pick up a bottle or two of water.
After some sleep, I tried out the ayurvedic massage to re-enliven my soul and relax into Goa. The massage was a good one with a focus on oil based healing, conducted by a trained specialist from Kerela. The food in the restaurant is varied and there are staples for continental preferences on the a-la-carte menu. Along with a choice of Indian breakfast options included in the package, you also get eggs, juice and tea. I didn't try out dinner but from a small sample of the food at Neelam's menu, it was well prepared. However, as it is a hotel, the rates can be more than found in local restaurants.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is well appointed, however, take your own sweat towel. The location is close to shops, beach and markets.
