"This is an exceptional boutique hotel, simply one of the best stays we have had ever. A lovely property, each room (and we stayed in a couple) is distinct. All modern amenities, beautifully renovated property in Goa-Portugese style gives the feeling of an opulent home. What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late?...

"Staff was amazing. They really made the stay amazing. More so the restaurant staff truly hit the mark making our stay amazing—Moumita- Assisrant food Bev manager was so accommodating and made anything we liked.. truly amazing. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch! They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft."

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"Staff were great, food was really good. Local to bars and shops, near the famous beaches of calangute. Great area, friendly and extremly helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday and can be kept cold in the heat. 10/10. "

"Worst experience ever I personally recommend not to stay in this hotel instead sleep in the car if you have only option left , there’s nothing to be happy about smelly like rotten potatoes unhygienic everything including rooms pathetic!!"

"1. Hotel was budget guest house and not even 2 star property. 2. Rooms are dirty and there was frog in the room. 3. We were given blanket with hole and when i complained at reception they blame it on us saying we have done that. Instead of saying sorry there were charging us 1000 Rs for blanket, then manager had to interept and solve. lady staff at reception lake professionalism and are looters. 4. DO not stay here even if it is free pathetic unclean room, idiot staff and not even 2 star...

"The hotel looks new and smart in the photos, but was shabby and in need of upgrading. The room i was given had an old tv ancient fridge and tacky kitchen. You had to pay about $6 to have access to the wifi. The buffet breakfast had few unappealing choices . The gushing reviews have to be misguided or just fraudulent I really cannot understand why, the high rating on Tripadviser."

"Hotel pics are deceiving. Sheets had stains all over and not cleaned when I asked. Receptionist couldn’t find our key and blamed it on us. Sq footage showed 344 sq ft when room is actually 144 sq ft. Spoke to general Mgr and initially she said she would refund but when hotels.com rep called she refused. Overall my worst hotel experience ever"
