"We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"We had a wonderful week staying in this apartment. A great location for exploring this corner of Cornwall and easy access to St Ives, without the challenge of finding somewhere to park! The views were unbeatable ! We loved having breakfast on the balcony or sitting in the garden, watching the waves rolling in. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Perfect location to explore Newquay and the local area and of course to watch all the surfers on Fistral Beach! The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the milk that was in the fridge was a magical touch for that important cup of tea after a 8 hour journey! "During the booking and information gathering stage Alan Hocking was very helpful and responsive. The property description (images and words) is thorough and accurate; so no surprises on arrival. As the living area (combined dining room, lounge, kitchen) is quite small, it would have been tempting for the owner to enhance the image to make it look bigger; he hasn't so what you see is what you get. It should be noted that if guests intend to prepare substantial meals, there is minimal food...

"This was our second stay in this apartment. The location is fabulous, easy for Fistral and town, with views over the golf course and wonderful sunsets weather permitting.
