Pros: Everything.
Location: No too many things to do on during the time we went, but that's ok.
My husband and my self were there two nights and 3 days, and it was clean, comfortable, I would recommend it to anyone who have to go to Cheektowaga, Buffalo, NY.

Hotel has potential to be nicer than it is

Posted 05-Apr-2015
Nice pool, convenient to shopping and expressways. Lobby ok...has potential to be a good hotel and the staff were great. Doesn't look at all like pictures online, at least my room didn't. It was musty, horrible springy beds, flat pillows, dirty walls that were badly scuffed, outlets that didn't work, hairdryer that didn't work, and light bulbs that were burned out. We went for a night away to a hotel with a pool and were able to enjoy that but if you're looking for more, look elsewhere.

Satisfactory hotel - close to walden galleria

Posted 04-Apr-2015
The hotel was satisfactory. I found the bathtub to look very dirty, and the heat lamp in the bathroom was missing and full of thick dust.

Nice comfortable family hotel. Very near airport.

Posted 31-Mar-2015
Pros: Near airport, business district and centralized in area.
Cons: Walls too thin, I could hear some guess.
Location: Shop, eat, etc.
Hotel was comfortable and near airport. The hotel staff were accommodating and eager to solve any problem, etc.

Excellent service is what we strive for at the Millennium Hotel Buffalo. We are happy our staff accomplished this and look forward to your return stay should you be in the Buffalo area again.

Shabby but convenient

Posted 26-Mar-2015
Pros: It was convenient to the hospital we were dealing with in a family emergency.
Cons: Redo the rooms and fix the door. The whole place needs to be brightened up.
Location: Next to a major mall and shopping area near the interstates
Room door felt insecure and furniture was battered. Refrigerator looked like someone had beaten it with an iron pipe. Large bureau was too close to bed -- armoire doors could not be opened. Decor was brown and boring. However, it was clean, water was hot and bed was adequately comfortable. Housekeeping was very good. TV service was rather bad -- the control didn't work as expected and one had to turn off the TV and turn to the guide to change channels -- an annoyance. A major concern was the lack of exits in case of an emergency, which fortunately did not happen.

Pros: Close to mall and burlington coat factory.
Cons: Mattress, pillows and cleaner rooms
Location: Shopping
Beds were very hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows was the thickness of a piece of paper. This was the worse sleep ever. Room carpets were soiled with stains. Room did not smell clean. The only pro is it is close to the mall.

One night stay before flying out the next morning.

Posted 18-Mar-2015
Pros: It was fine to stay, park and fly.
Cons: I suggest a bag snack for those using the shuttle to the airport eg granola bar, mini muffin, juice carton.
Location: I know from staying here previously the pool is fun. Shopping is nearby.
Elevators are a bit far from the lobby and some of the rooms, which is difficult for someone like myself with mobility difficulties. I appreciated that the desk person switched my room to one closer to the elevator when I asked ( still a bit of a walk). Shuttle driver was pleasant.

Don't be misled by the photos!

Posted 17-Mar-2015
Pros: The location - That's pretty much the only thing we liked.
Cons: Everything. Empty beer cans were littered at the front doors. The entire hotel needs major updates - To the structure and the grounds-keeping staff.
Location: The location is pretty nice for a hotel - Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. It's only about 10 minutes from the First Niagara Center.
My wife and I booked a short one night stay here for short get-away to Buffalo to see a concert. We chose the Millennium which seemed to have a few nice perks and nice rooms for a reasonable price. I only read a couple of the featured reviews before selecting the hotel and I wish I would have read more... I'm going to keep this short by just getting to the point: Terrible-size parking lot - There were literally no places to park in their lot. People were creating their own parking spaces at the ends on the aisles and rows which led to people not being able to get out. Well outdated - The entire property is outdated regardless of what you see in the pictures for the hotel listing. I'm pretty sure these photos were taken shortly after the hotel opened. Lighting isn't the greatest throughout and the paint is faded, etc. Our Room - The bottom of the door of the bathroom was swelled from previous water damage pretty badly. The bed wasn't comfortable at all and the pillows provided are a joke. They were about the size of the average TV tray and about 2" thick... Seriously. The heater was fairly noisy and the room was insanely dry - To the point where you could lift the sheets off of you and see sparks under the covers. It takes a pretty lousy room for you and your wife to only get 3 hours of poor quality sleep, wake up at 3:30 am and decide that you'd rather drive the 2.5 hours home just to get some decent sleep. We checked out at 4 am and headed home.
