Cheap hotel

Posted 24-Oct-2014
This is an old style hotel and the room settings are very old fashioned. If you are looking for a cheap hotel which is close to the mall, you may consider it.

Nice hotel

Posted 23-Oct-2014
Overall the hotel was clean and safe. Downside is the pool is an open area where meetings are held not much privacy if you are the shy type. Pleasant stay and will stay there again. Nice resturants in the area and convenient travelling distance to the outlets and Canadian Border

Good rate, easy to get to, easy access to mall

Posted 20-Oct-2014
Pros: Nice hotel, used it as a base to visit Niagara falls. It's a large hotel with an indoor pool. Rooms were clean large and comfy. Easy access to mall.
Cons: I guess the bathroom could be updated, it was a a large bath and good shower but all a bit old. Also there was no safe box in the room.
Location: Located outside of Buffalo. Great as a base to go to Niagara falls, easy access to large mall so convenient for shopping and dinner.
Nice hotel, easily accessible by car. Large indoor pool and easy access to large Galleria mall with plenty of restaurants as well. Good base for visiting Niagara falls.

Constant flushing noise all through the night in the room. Room service was neither acknowledged nor dinner was delivered . Waited for several hours and multiple room service calls remained unanswered

Hotel needs many upgrades

Posted 14-Oct-2014
Pros: The location and the food in the restaurant and bar; and the bar itself. The bed was pretty comfortable
Cons: Just about everything needs to be upgraded, improved upon, or repaired. Computers downstairs, rugs in the hallways, outlets in the rooms, TV's,...
Location: It's a very convenient location to Ralph Wilson stadium, Buffalo, and Niagara Falls which is everything we were there for.
Many issues - bathroom too small, TV didn't work when we got there,, TV difficult to work, didn't take trash a couple of days, key to the room stopped working, waited at least a 1/2 hour at front desk for replacement key, some outlets didn't work, no ice machine anywhere near room 215, all the furniture scratched and old, computer took forever to log onto in lobby, and it was a waste of time as the printer didn't work at all so we couldn't get boarding passes for the plane, hair-dryer for 1 of our rooms didn't work; turned on, but didn't blow, which is an extreme fire hazard; the main, front automatic door kind of works, all of the hall rugs have ripples in them for someone to trip on. Everything is outdated and in need of upgrading

Close to the mall

Nice that the hotel was so close to the hotel. But the rooms were okay. The ceilings in the roof are starting to decay. You can actually touch the roof and it moves. The carpets look old and dingy. Suffice to say we didnt put any of our bags on the ground. The walls are paper thin and we could hear children running and people talking next door and from the hallways.

Hotel close to Walden-Galleria

Posted 11-Oct-2014
Pros: The lobby!
Cons: Renovate and update the rooms, bathroom especially. Have a back up plan readily available for situations such as the internet being down.
Location: Walden-Galleria Mall is 5min walk. Burlington Coat Factory is across the street. Walmart, Target, IHop is 5 minute drive
It was a very disappointing stay. The hotel when you enter appear beautiful based on the entrance. However once you got on the floor, it was obvious that this hotel is in dire need of updating. Entering the room confirmed this. The carpet was filthy. The bedding was ugly and looked like it had been used since the '70s. The bathroom was grungy. My family refused to bathe until they were back home. There was no internet. The internet was down approximately 24 hours prior to our arrival and was still down 24 hours after our arrival.

Millenium

Right across from Galleria Mall. Nice specials in bar when it's too wet to go across the road. Good price on Expedia. Free ride to airport with helpful staff at front desk.
