Comodo, vicino al centro

Posted 02-May-2015
Buono.

Sojourn in Brugge

Posted 20-Apr-2015
Pros: Size and comfort
Cons: An impressive range of TV channels but most had no signal.
Location: Conveniently close to the railway station. On the edge of the old town but only a short walk to all the major attractions, shops and restaurants
Picking a hotel from the from the many listed on internet is a bit of a lottery. Other traveller's experiences are therefore very useful. This hotel is conveniently close to the train station. A short walk through the park and up a cobbled street. (They are all cobbled in Brugge!!) The staff were friendly and helpful with excellent English. The room was large and airy with two huge single beds, nicely firm and comfortable. Two easy chairs for relaxing. Good sized bathroom with bath and an adequate shower. Tea and coffee maker. The tea and coffee supplies seemed a bit sparse but the staff were happy to supply more on request. An adequately supplied mini bar although as with most of these things somewhat expensive. The hotel is on the edge of the old town but as everywhere is only a pleasant stroll away in Brugge this is not a problem. Some great eating places can be found only a short walk down the back lanes. A wide range of hot and cold buffet provided for breakfast if you eat in or many small cafes across the road if you want to breakfast like a local.

not typical NH hotel

Posted 01-Apr-2015
Pros: Quiet location; kettle in the room; air-conditioning working despite it only being March; BBC TV channels available!
Cons: Update the shower unit/bath. Have English Breakfast teabags available.
Location: 5 minutes walk from main rail station and in to town; across the road from the concert hall and various eateries.
The hotel does not look particularly 'up market' from the outside (compared to other NH hotels I've stayed in and seen), and the shower unit/bath could do with updating. However, these are minor quibbles. I was very impressed that the air conditioning worked in the room despite it only being March and leaving a window slightly open.

Bruges is a very intersting and attractive city.

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Pros: Interseting building. Staff very helpful. Area to sit in foyer.
Cons: Redecoration.
Location: Very central. Easy walk to all facilities. Enjoyed the waffles and coffee shops.
Hotel was very pleasant, decor a bit tired and could do with redecoration, particularly our room, but clean and comfortable. Large bed was amazing.

In Brugges

Posted 03-Mar-2015
Pros: Location and price
Cons: TLC in the bathroom
Location: Every thing within close walking distance.
Excellent value on this hotel perfectly situated for the sights, parking across the road very cheap at 9 euros 24 hours. Bedroom very roomy, and 2 queen sizes beds. Bathroom in need of some slight TLC, clean up the group and silicone

Lovely hotel in central location

Posted 19-Feb-2015
Good value for money, comfortable rooms, great central location with no noise issues, friendly staff, a couple of very minor issues with the room but nothing that effected the overall positive experience. Would recommend!
