"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. We arrived at 2:55pm, check in was 3pm the cleaner was still in the property so we had to go away and return at 5pm. Quickly it became apparent that the property was unsafe and not clean. "The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. "

It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. "

"The hotel as a whole was very nice and modern! Staff were happy to help and the place was very clean. My only issue was that the toilet didn’t flush very easily. We had to hold the button down for at least 30 seconds just for the toilet to start to flush - even then it was very slow and as someone with long nails it wasn’t the easiest of tasks!
