We were celebrating a 60th birthday and 60th anniversary, there was plenty of room for all 13 family members inside the property and we enjoyed the outside space using all the facilities. "This is a comfortable, immaculately-presented, and very well-equipped property located in the heart of the lovely town of Lytham. The house includes a spacious dining room and adjoining living room, a very well-appointed kitchen, and two bedrooms; whilst one bedroom was a bit tight, this still provided ample space for our family of two adults and two children (14 and 12 years). "We booked lavender cottage for 2 nights whist visiting family. We are a family for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was brilliant, he was very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a heads up if you have very young children or mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again sometime. Thanks for everything."

The bungalow was warm and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen; the washing machine and tumble dryer were very useful. We found the double bed slightly on the small side."

"Lovely cottage in a gorgeous part of the world. Perfect for 2 couples having a bathroom each was ideal ! Perfect for walking eating out at the many local pubs in the area. 2 within easy walking distance! Then enjoy a cosy evening in around the log burner.
