"This was the perfect stay for our Isle of Skye trip. It was clean, cozy and charming and the hosts were kind and accommodating. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved how cozy the living room was with the electric fireplace. In addition, waking up to the beautiful views and saying good morning to our sheep neighbors made it feel even more cozy. The location was prime since we weren’t far from Portree and other main sites. I would recommend saying here."

"Objekt und Lage wie in Anzeige beschrieben, Sehr schön, super ausgestattet, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sehr gute Idee mit dem Feldstecher in der Küche und dem Vogelbestimmungsbuch. Eine schöne Beschäftigung bei Ebbe. Den Ofen haben wir mit dem vorhandenen Holz nicht angefeuert bekommen. Wegen der Heizung war es aber trotzdem warm. Übergabe war ohne persönlichen Kontakt, was wir schade fanden."

"It was a wonderful cottage, conveniently located, with amazing views!! The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and well kept up! The hosts who live next door were very kind and helpful. I definitely plan to go back! My only tiny issue was on VRBO and cottages.com, that manages it, there was no reminder email sent before check in with details and no way to communicate with anyone. I followed the instructions for check in as listed, but if I had needed to arrive late or anything like...

Imagine sitting on the back deck with a clear view of Portree across the harbor and Old Man Storr in the distance, but no doubt to the rock formation. The views from the doors and windows out to the loch opening are stunning and the sun sets out over the islands and water making every clear night magical. The interior is simple but has all that you need, is comfortable and warm. Kitchen is well equipped for simple meals and there is ample room otherwise. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen.
