I will rate this cottage as a good one. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. The food they are providing is bit expensive , i will suggest to take food out side rather then taking the cottage food. Or before availing food check the price they are charging for food in the cottage.
I had an online reservation, the reception was very swift - I got my room in 5 minutes. It was lot better than one other room @ Khems. What I liked: The Staff - there was a guy who was always smiling - Sorry that I could not get his name. All the attenders were well dressed and very much in time. The Cooking was good - serving was even better - food well covered & served Hot. The oil fragrances that the hotel had was mind blowing. I felt very happy. There is a one stop shop in the ground floor. I had a great shopping experience too. One other thing I would surely mention - The security guy was taking care of all the vehicles and let no vehicle had a scratch on it. All the night he was alert and had a great torch to check if someone was going closer to them. The hot water that runs in scheduled times is a very good thing to have. Food menu contained everything and the chef was very good in preparing very tasty food. We tried most of the dishes that we could in two days.
Stayed there with my family for two days and two nights. located near to rose garden and botanical garden. the ambiance was also good. the only thing which i feel lacking is the non- availability of hot water, ( there were water heaters but were out of service.) and we have to go out for food. there is no service there.
totally i would rate the stay as pleasing. nothing more than that and nothing less.
it is a good hotel in all aspects but for the food quality and service. they dont have a good restaurant and the time taken for service is too much. also the hot water service is very limited. otherwise its a good hotel. value for money and easily affordable.
