The location was perfect, on a quiet private estate, a five minute walk to the beach, and a fifteen minute leisurely stroll to East Wittering itself. The location was ideal for visiting all of the attractions which West Sussex has to offer."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved playing in the garden. It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. Lots of room so we were never cramped or on top of each other Would highly recommend and...

"Absolutely loved the house! Truly beautiful property in a great location with great attention to detail that has been lovingly crafted. The location is wonderful, a few minutes to the beach. One night in this property and you’ll be captured by it’s spell! It’s wonderful! Lou was very helpful and the house has everything you need. There were 16 of us, all rooms are en suite so no queuing for a shower ha ha!! We will be back one day! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Overall the stay was very good but could not go out for dinner that evening as we didn't know how to get back into the property as the door was ajar when we got there and during trips back and forth for bags from the car it was locked. Tried the key for the apartment but it didn't work, it was then I realised I couldn't get in. Fortunately the Wife had stayed in the apartment and buzzed me in when I called on the buzzer. We also could not connect to the WiFi neither and after ringing cottages....

"Beautiful, cosy little place with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing couples break. Doreen was kind, friendly and an amazing host. The additional breakfast treats were perfect. Bosham is lovely, we ate in lovely pub/restaurants, walked around the harbour, had a fab little ferry trip across to Itchenor, and Bosham Walk has unique little craft shops. A perfect 4 nights and will definitely stay again."

"We had a fantastic visit to the Garlic Farm with our two children. The yurt was perfect for us. Everything felt like it was finished to a really highly standard. The location offered great access to all parts of the island being centrally located. The farm itself was picturesque and gave plenty of space for our boys to play. "The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable short stay with our children. I had a welcome text to check everything was ok, so nice to know someone was at the end of the phone should we need. Good base location situated on the grounds of The Garlic Farm and the shop, restaurant, cafe and games room all came in handy. Parking was easy too. Short drive from Ryde ferry port and Sandown beach. We also had a lovely meal at the recommended The Pointer Inn pub down the road....

"Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off. Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival."

"It is a lovely property. We are able to park outside and as soon as you walk in a lovely smell and so clean, warm and welcoming. It is ideal for us as family and friends are just around the corner and the hosts are lovely too."
