This is an amazing boutique hotel in the perfect location in Bogotá. Excellent staff, gorgeous interior, walkable to everything that you would want to see in this beautiful city. Truly a gem. I look forward to making this my home in Bogotá when I need to be in this town. Highly recommend it.

The property was beautiful and the room was clean. We felt very safe in the hotel and the area surrounding. All employees were fabulous! The gym was great as well. I would recommend this place.

There was no AC so you have to open the windows and the light and noise outside will wake you up

I stayed at three hotels on my visit to Colombia and this one was my favorite. Hotel is beautiful; it is old but you can definitely tell that they had been taking care of it to keep it nice. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and have all the amenities you need. Breakfast food was delicious and it had lot of options. Grocery store, mall and restaurant are close to the hotel. Hotel is located on a nice neighborhood, so you can walk and feel safe. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel. Clean quiet and the service is outstanding. The only negative is the internet service. Unreliable.

Property is excellent. Clean, staff are amazing, location is convenient/ safe to walk around. Note hotel is around 10 mins walk to the commercial area with malls/ tons of restaurants - good with me, but may not be for others esp in Bogota/ high elevation.

The customer care was excellent. I had an early arrival and was able to check in by 12. Everyone there was helpful. I was traveling alone. I was able to get out and walk the next morning. I will definitely stay there again.

The location of this property is just incredible. This hotel is close to everything: restaurants, entertainment, shopping centers, supermarkets, you name it. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The staff is great and provide 24-hour service. The restaurant is great (breakfast included) and the menu has many options and, most important, affordable. The special service taxi is just great. Ask for Don Ricardo, he is an excellent human being and a great driver. The experience in Bogota was awesome thanks to Don Ricardo, he showed us the city and drove us to different places during our stay. This hotel is incredible. I will stay again in this hotel; I had a great experience. Give it a try.

Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. We had a family reunion / wedding where we all gathered at the hotel and it was a great place - close to dining, shopping, easy to find transportation and a great place to relax and hang out as well. Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book it again.

We arrived on 03/06/2023 my daughter’s room had ants and was not clean to standards, the Hotel moved my daughter to a different room and it was not cleaned to standards.

The best of this hotel is its staff. All of them will make their best effort to make the most out of your stay. The breakfast is really good and have fast room service. The property is closed to Zona Rosa allowing you to walk and enjoy Bogota’s day and night life
