"Apartment was clean and it was in great proximity to the beach (walking). Only issue is parking if the house is being rented at the same time but it worked out. Overall, I would highly recommend. Was spotless and very cozy."

"My teenage daughter and I stayed Sat-Tuesday and loved the location. It's a loft apartment above a new three car garage. Must be able to do stairs, but it was great for us. Nice fenced yard and a beautiful wooded park across the street is perfect for pets. Short two blocks to Pier Village and all of the shops and restaurants, a mile to beaches. Our only complaint was the size and location of the TV. It's in the dining area, and should be over in the living area/bed area to make it comfy to watch...

"We really loved this cozy little condo, steps from the beach. It was comfortable, and met all our needs for a trip to attend a dear friend's wedding. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in a few times. My ONLY complaint (a small one) is that we found that previous guests had put dishes away dirty, so we had to wash them before using."

"Stayed for a long weekend in January 2024. Condo interior was exactly as shown in pictures. Arrived after dark and the exterior light outside was very dim to the point where we needed a cellphone flashlight to open the lockbox. Overall the condo was great and was perfect for our group. There was some dust gathering near the AC vent and under beds, the toilet ran where we had to jiggle the handle, but it was all minor Inconsequential stuff.
