This was the nicest stay I've ever had at a hotel! We had so much help from the hotel staff, who bent over backwards to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The owners son, Shivom sat with us for half hour talking to us and getting to know us. He taught us how to make roasted starbursts on their fire pit outside...yumm! The hotel rooms had really high ceilings and comfortable beds. The hotel is just a few steps from the mountain and easy access. We had a small family reunion and had room to visit in their great room...which felt like a living room. When I go back, I'd consider no other hotel but this one...can't rave enough about it. I've seen in other reviews that furniture or carpet was outdated but I know they have done some remodels and it was beautiful. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did! I wish more hotels cared about their customers like this one. They are genuine and it is nice for a change! We brought our crockpot and cooked a couple meals in our room. They have a few cupboards to stick misc. items in as well as microwave and small fridge. It helped with supplementing Big Sky's hefty prices on meals.
Great, super convenient suite at the base of big sky. Terrific buffet breakfast and easy roll out of bed and onto the slopes. Rooms nicely appointed, with Murphy beds to give space and gas fireplaces. Relaxing indoor/outdoor heated pool ideal after skiing. A wonderful break.

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff who couldn't do enough for us. Although an 1 hour 20 minute drive from the entrance to Yellowstone the scenery on the way is stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to any one.

We found the Brandin' Iron to be a very comfortable, modestly priced stay. The motel is centrally located in town and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is included with the stay and is a predictable, mediocre meal.
This motel is also pet friendly which was a reason for us to select it.
All in all, it was a good value ($90) compared to other motels in town.
We stayed here in November which is "shoulder season" between the summer fun and winter recreation. Things were very quiet as the location is remote and the restaurant etc was closed. The location is beautiful and the cabins were cozy and quiet. The hot tub was nice for soaking.

Didn't actually stay here as they were overbooked, but they upgraded us to the Huntley on top of a nearby mountain and it was beautiful. They also made sure we had free breakfast passes at that hotel for the next morning. They went above & beyond and we will not hesitate to stay at Whitewater Inn in the future. Questions about rooms could not be answered honestly as we didn't stay here.
