Gallatin National Forest

Check in was quick. Issues about wifi was very, very disappointing, as they never attempted to fix it. Or at least to my understanding they didn't because after contacting 3 people, you would assume somebody would have done something. Another issue was that they have no telephone service. Phones are in room but they don't work. You dont know that till you inquire at office. Office hours 7:00 am to 10:00pm, according to paper they give you. I went to office at 8:00pm, cause I couldn't reach them by phone. Found a note on door that they closed at 7:00pm. I would not recommend this place. I am happy I didn't have an emergency because phone would have done not a damn thing.

The staff were super nice and the property was very clean. The view was amazing and it was an all around great experience! 10/10

We stayed in Cottage #13 which overlooks the Yellowstone river. It was spacious and very clean. There was a small kitchen area with a two-burner stove, a microwave, a sink, & a fridge. It was nice having a full size fridge to keep food and drinks cold. This particular cottage has a loft area that our kids liked being able to use for their own space. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of covers to keep us warm. James was a great host. He was prompt to answer messages I sent and when we needed extra towels, he delivered them right away. The cottage was a nice space to relax in after a long day in Yellowstone. It is near quite a few places to eat, though a lot of them close for the winter season. There is a grocery store within walking distance. It also takes no time at all to get to the North Entrance of Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again.
