"We had the upstairs apartment in the back of the main house. It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip."

"My 12 yr old and I spent labor day weekend here. It was perfect for the 2 of us but plenty of room for more. View was spectacular, esp for the fireworks show in downtown Bethany. Sea Colony never disappoints, we've stayed here many times."
