"Hyatt is a very comfortable hotel but as a person with a disability there were some concerns. I required an accessible bathroom as I am on crutches. My room #380 was a long way from the lift and the bathroom floor was covered with water after showering making feet wet when using toilet or basin. Something very wrong with layout. I stay at many different hotels with accessible bathrooms all over the world (most recently Canada, Japan, France, Spain, Sweden, Finland and never experienced such problems. An evaluation is necessary."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was not guaranteed and was limited we were lucky as we got in early. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Good location. Lifts were painful as we had 4 rooms, all on different floors and you could only go to your floor and had to swipe your room card when you got into the lift. Made visiting family staying on another floor. Management kindlY over rode the system though which was helpful. Would stay again."
