Bottom Line Up Front: The hotel is great
Negatives first: I was initially turned off because I requested early check-in and received an ambiguous answer that led me to believe I would be in my room shortly, but I ended up having to wait for quite a long time. No big deal there....that's what happens when you have a red-eye flight. Other than not clearly stating that I would not get into my room until 3 pm, I was annoyed that the air freshener or whatever they use on the couches soaked into my clothes while I was waiting for my room, and I could not get the smell of cinnamon and flowers out of my clothes. This led me to have to get my clothes cleaned so that my whole suitcase did not smell like that.
Positives: The hotel staff was very friendly and patient and respected my wishes to practice my Spanish, even though many spoke English. The food at the restaurant and the bar was delicious, the wine pours were generous, and the gym was clean. My room felt quite large, the thermostat quickly regulated the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Full cable with English channels when I was missing a bit of home. Overall great experience.
As a first time international traveler, I was worried that I couldn't trust the reviews, but this hotel was just as described and pictured. The views out the windows were non-existent, but the room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had all the dishes and pans so we could prepare our own meals. It was within walking distance to many of the most popular tourist spots. For the price, it was everything we were looking for. It doesn't have tons of amenities, but we didn't want to pay for those extras anyway. The staff was courteous and helpful and spoke enough English to help us out.
The hotel is clean and comfortable; its location is excellent. The personnel is friendly and helpful.
There is access to internet for free which is a great plus. Breakfast is not so good but eatable; it needs variation; too many sweets.

By far the best lodging we stayed in during our stay in Argentina. We decided to hostel it in Uruguay and Cordoba and wish we could find a deal like Dazzler in both locations as Dazzler exceeded our expectations and that of our other accommodations. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and provide great bathrooms. The staff is on top of their service as well. Mauro is a superb part of the staff. Highly recommend.
Everything you could ask for in a medium range hotel. It is in a pleasant and safe area of the city yet still within walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions and the centre of Buenos Aires. Recoleta is very European in ambience and I found both hotel staff and people in general in the area pleasant and helpful. If you like your football then the hotel staff will arrange a ticket for a Boca Juniors game after giving you fair warning. A visit to one of their games and the experience of the stadium is not for the faint hearted. I would return to the hotel without hesitation if the deal is good.
Very good location , very close to avenida santa fe where you fan find shops , restaurants , cafes , reasonable price , clean rooms .
for the general conditions of hotels in agentina and buenos aires and for the price paid ; this is a good choice .

"Great location and a wonderful hotel experience."
Ok I will not say they have the best pool and exercise equipment. I will say that the hotel is wonderfully located. The staff was great. The room was fine. Free WiFi everywhere was very nice and they even had 2 computers in the lobby. The breakfast buffet should get you on your way with no hunger pains. A nice variety of foods, cereals, eggs, yogurts, rolls, juices and great coffee.
Another word about the staff. They were friendly, helpful, patient, and wanting to please. No one could expect more than that.
I would and will recommend this hotel and would book it again if I am lucky enough to go to Buenos Aires again.
