Fabulous beach

Posted 25-Jan-2015
Cons: Air conditioner, dripped into my suitcase all night, soaking all my clothes.
Meals right at hotel are great, a bit on the high side of the $. Close to local bus to take into Bridgetown, to see those sights. They have connections for tours of Island as well.

Beach side fun

Nice area. Friendly staff and service. Outside areas well laid out for relaxation. Hotel rooms could use updating. Clean but looking a little tired. Overall still a good experience. Would go back.

Pros: All the employees including the room mates, the reception, the security guard etc... are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.
Cons: The kitchen could have included a coffee maker and scissors. The hotel should provide AC in the main living quarters.
Location: It is close to a food market, a bank, a fish market. The bus can be taken in front of the hotel to go to other beaches and even to Bridgetown.
We enjoyed this hotel as it was close to everything. Walking distance from the fish market, food market, pharmacy, bank (about a 10 to 15 minutes walk). The beach in front of the hotel is very nice and not crowded. The swimming pool and spas are clean. You feel safe while at this hotel. We enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant called "The Reef". The prices are reasonable and there are a couple of "Happy Hours" during the day when you can have two beers for the price of one. We had the penthouse apartment on the fifth floor with an ocean view. The only thing that we didn't like was the fact there is no air conditioning in the living room (main living quarters). There is a ceiling fan but that is not enough to keep the room comfortable even if you leave the drapes closed during the day and open the doors and windows during the evening. It was so hot at times that we couldn't watch the TV. However there is an AC in the bedroom as well as a ceiling fan.

easy hotel.right on the beach

Posted 22-Oct-2014
Pros: I loved the fact that it was casual
Cons: as we talk they are trying to expand their menu
Location: there is a varied nightlife all close by or a short bus ride away. Shopping is also nearby.
great beach for the person looking for quiet fun and relaxation, this is the kind of hotel you want to take your best buddies to. There was always someone to help you when you needed help,Rooms were clean and large enough to feel at home in. This hotel had useful cooking facilities and was close to stores and bus lines, and of course night life. With an air of casualness, the people at this hotel made my stay very enjoyable and I will return.

posizione comoda e tattica

Posted 25-Sep-2014

Hotel carino vicino a Oistins fish festival

Posted 30-Aug-2014
Pros: Camera spaziosa, personale gentile
Cons: Spiaggia, rivedere accesso alla spiaggia di sinistra, orribile quella a destra dell'hotel
Location: Buona posizione, vicino a Oistins, supermarket e fish market

Really good hotel! Very central.

Posted 13-May-2014
Pros: Familiar staff, good facilities and easy access to every where!! Via Reagge buses!!
Cons: This time, shower wasn't as good as we'd have liked but we got by!!
Location: Reagge bus literally at front gate. $2(Bajan) to most places!! We walked to Oistins on Friday. . Crotons rest, really good for curry on wednesdays!!
Have stayed here on many occasions and are are always pleased/happy to see all staff, including Debbie in the shop!! They're always happy to see us and remember us by name too!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Direkt am Meer, aber derzeit kaum Strand

Posted 12-May-2014

Great location and very friendly staff

Posted 06-May-2014
This was our first time in Barbados and if you don't want to stay on the more upmarket west coast then this is the perfect location, the hotel has access to lovely beaches as well as plenty of others close by. The hotel is literally on the waters edge and has a lovely light and open feel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the rep helped us book trips and recommended good local restaurants. A visit to Oistins on a Friday or Saturday is a must, we recommend Uncle George's.
