I had to argue to get what i paid for. I booked a room to accommodate my older mother who stayed only for one night while i stayed in this hotel for 4 say. "The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the suites aircondotion is not working well cause it is a centeral one so no one can adjust it and some times it get off also the lifts or the elevators are not enough so it takes long time waiting the lift to either go down or up."
