Couple of dead flies in the corner of the room. Saw 2 live cockroaches over 4 days, clearly dazed from insecticide because they didn't try to run. Some mold on the bathroom walls but shower head and floor were clean. Room door does not fully seal, small amount of rain pooled on the floor as a result. You can hear all of the highway traffic too but the hotel is literally right off I-35 so that's to be expected. Had to ask for new room key after 2 nights when it suddenly stopped working. Staff were very helpful and quick, never had to stand at the front desk longer than 5 minutes. If you want new towels, make sure you ask in the afternoon because they rarely had any available in the morning or evenings.

There was not hot water in the room. The refrigerator did not work (at all). There was no bedspread on the bed, (ust sheets). No wash clothes in the room. and there was a hole (soft spot) in the middle of the floor. The entire facility was old and well worn.

Staff-friendly. Studio was located off 183 Hwy and in a nice neighborhood. Studio had all needs. Park like environment in parking area.

I didn't feel safe in the area. There's an adjoining room door ( why do motels have those...human trafficking horror story in the making). had to shower with my shoes on and upon checking in I went to CVS to buy rubbing alcohol so that I could rinse off with that because of the shower curtain and set up. I expected better.

Third cheapest motel in all of Austin, $110 after taxes and fees. I stayed for two nights, a roach crawled on the bed the first night, pretty sure I saw a prostitute leave a room too. The AC didn’t stay on, the shower and sink have good hot water. No shampoo just the motel 6 soaps. The second night was also $110 and I got a different room. The AC was good, no bugs, but the toilet was clogged or something because it took about 10 flushes for it to drain before it started working normally. No toilet paper. If you’re looking for a cheap motel to spend the night at, nothing fancy, this is it. TV has good cable, HBO and all that. The wifi is actually good, I was able to play my gaming laptop with no problem. When I asked for the wifi password the teller told me it’s on the room key card sleeve. It doesn’t say anything but “Welcome!” and that’s the password. The sink even has a bottle opener bolted on! I used to go out of town for work all over Texas, I’ve seen worse.

The room was dirty, the floor had not been swept or mopped. I ran out of toilet paper and towels, went to the front desk I was told they didn’t have either available. Shower was similar to a prison shower and dirty, like the rest of the room. I ended up leaving @ 4 am, I booked another hotel.

After check in, restroom was dirty, no toilet paper, and no towels, we decide to request items to lobby representative, the answer was: we are out of towels we sorry. I guess this is unacceptable at hotel and no paper no towels to get fresh with a shower after long way travel..

The workers there are rude at times they don't provide you the information you need the rooms are very cold the acc units are horrible they don't have much cover to not be cold they don't serve no food some of the rooms have holes in the bathrooms and the walls and bathroom doors the place is by hotels where people have been killed in two other hotels near by it's in a really bad area I would not recommend this hotel they don't bring you towels you have to go get everything yourself everything about the hotel is horrible

The room we got was so disgusting and smelt like body odor as if they didn't clean the sheets. The towels were black with stains and the toilet has poop on it. The shower floor had scum I could not even bathe. The AC in the room did not work so it was muggy and stinky. I will never return here it should be condemned. Would not recommend. Not worth the money spent.

What makes this Motel 6 so great is the staff! Very, very kind ladies (I cannot remember all the names and I cannot certainly leave out anyone of them) they and very accommodating. Always greeted me with a smile and a genuine interest in making sure I was comfortable. Even the housekeeping lady..she had a firm way but she also has focus to do get job and do it right the first time. Really thank them for that. One day I extended my stay and was having a really rough morning. Ines cheered me up with the sincerest compassion, with the few kind words she spoke. That's true customer service to comfort the moments. That takes skill and good intentions. They all have that! Would definitely stay again. Only problem I have is knowing the should all be paid more. They deserve it;

I didn’t even stay, I called someone a hr and 30 minutes away ti come get me. Shower was dirty, “unsavory characters” outside of my room door. And location did not look like it did online! I wasted $140.00 and the majority of the building was dry rotted and room smelled of burnt sulfur. But pretty sure that smell was coming from the neighbors and their activities. I honesty think a crime scenes was cleaner than my room.

Tiny rooms, shower was moldy,baseboard in the bathroom was peeling off the wall, they would only give me 2 towels for a room with 4 people and had to turn in the towels at the front desk to get more and they canceled my key every single day of my multi day stay and I had to get it fixed. Multiple people did that so I think they cancel all cards and make people go to the front desk to renew them every day. Stayed at multiple motel 6 locations and this was the worst one.

The Front Desk Representative was very friendly. The overall impression of the property might not be great, but with some TLC it would more appealing. The only issue I had was the banging on my neighbors door at 8 or so, the day of checkout.

The first room had no blanket or remote. Front desk gave me a remote and told me to get a blanket from laundry. TV in room did not work. Desk moved me to another room. Both rooms were dusty, one with cobwebs. Clientele seemed shady, but I saw no security guard. Building was in some disrepair.

This place is Bates motel scary. The door to my room, a motel so facing outside, was so warped an inch of it stuck out of the door jamb. Upon arrival the bed was in the middle of the floor pulled away from the wall with dirt all around it. The room stunk like weed. The bed has just a sheet on it, no blanket. When I asked for a blanket they said they didn’t have any. Were it not for the F1 race I would never have stayed here and recommend you never stay here either.

This hotel is awful! We checked in at 3pm, and checked out at 6pm! As soon as we pulled up we noticed several abandoned cars in the parking lot with windows smashed in, and a few cars that people were living in. We immediately began to worry about our car in the parking lot overnight. We requested a room downstairs, but they refused. They put on on the back side of the hotel, no one else was there! The room was filthy, the floors were so dirty!!! The outlets and lights on the night stand did not work, and they had no extra pillows. Really awful place. There is no coffee maker or iron in the room, and no coffee in the lobby. The people working there are not accommodating. I truly felt unsafe staying at this hotel. We were lucky to get another room a mile away at a lovely hotel, the Drury Inn, for about the same price. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It is in a very bad area and absolutely filthy. It seems to be front for money laundering, as they certainly do not care about the guests or their safety.

I had low expectations for this hotel based on the price but it was worse than I expected. There was an abandoned car completely smashed out windows, possibly set on fire in the parking lot. Homeless encampment in lot behind the hotel and surrounding areas. Room was tiny and had a bad odor. The towels were about half the size of a small towel. Shower had a huge leak. It seems like people live at this hotel based on the people hanging out drinking in the parking lot. Spend a little more and get a nicer room.
